Dad Kills Family Before Stabbing Himself to Death in Shocking Bloodbath

A quiet Glen Oaks block exploded into chaos Saturday morning when a Queens father launched a violent rampage inside his family’s Cape Cod–style home, stabbing his wife and daughter before killing himself, police said.

Officers rushed to the 268th Street address around 10:30 a.m. after a frantic 911 call reported an assault in progress. When they arrived, the normally pristine $855,000 home was drenched in blood.

Investigators say the 53-year-old man slashed his 52-year-old wife in the head, cut his 21-year-old daughter’s hand, and struck his 15-year-old son with a blunt object before turning the knife on himself. He was found with severe wounds to his throat and abdomen.

Sources identified the attacker as Roy Victorio, a physical therapist and father of the two younger victims. Victorio and his wife were rushed to North Shore University Hospital, where he died from his injuries. She remains in stable condition.

The couple’s daughter and teenage son were taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center and are also listed in stable condition.

Neighbors were blindsided. Many described Victorio as a friendly jogger who always waved hello — not someone they’d ever expect to erupt in violence.

“I work from home and I’ve never heard screaming,” one neighbor said. “I looked out the window and saw an ambulance fighting through the snow. They brought the mom out with a head wound.”

Another longtime resident, Angelo Durso, 70, said the picture-perfect family had signs of trouble beneath the surface. “They had a problem before. A couple months ago, the cops came,” he told The Post.

No arrests have been made, and detectives are still piecing together what triggered the horrific attack.
