Bill Cosby’s Shocking Confession Revealed in Explosive Court Docs

Bill Cosby is once again at the center of explosive allegations — and this time, the evidence comes from his own sworn testimony.

In newly resurfaced legal documents obtained by TMZ, Cosby admitted under oath that he obtained and refilled seven prescriptions for Quaaludes with the intention of giving the powerful sedatives to women in hopes of having sex with them. Even more disturbing, Cosby claimed he never took the drugs himself — saying the pills were meant exclusively for women he targeted.

The stunning confession was made during a sealed deposition tied to a civil lawsuit filed by Donna Motsinger, one of Cosby’s accusers. The deposition is now being spotlighted as Motsinger fights Cosby’s attempt to have her case tossed out of court.

Cosby’s testimony paints a bizarre and troubling picture. He told lawyers the Quaaludes were prescribed to him by a gynecologist — not in a medical office, but during a poker game. According to Cosby, the doctor, Dr. Leroy Amar, handed over the prescription while sitting at a poker table inside Cosby’s Los Angeles home sometime before 1972.

Court documents describe Amar as a disgraced physician and close friend of Cosby. Records show his medical license was ultimately revoked in California in 1979 — a detail that has only intensified scrutiny surrounding the source of the drugs.

Motsinger alleges she encountered Cosby in 1972 while working as a server at the legendary Trident restaurant in Sausalito, California. In her lawsuit, she claims Cosby gave her a pill she believed was aspirin. Shortly after taking it, she says she began slipping in and out of consciousness.

According to the filing, Motsinger later woke up alone in her home wearing only her panties, with no memory of how she got there or what had happened.

The documents further describe the Quaaludes Cosby admitted to possessing as small, round white pills — a detail prosecutors say aligns with the drug’s common form at the time.

Cosby is now attempting to shut the case down entirely, but Motsinger is pushing back hard — pointing to Cosby’s own sworn words as evidence. As the legal fight continues, his deposition is reigniting outrage and raising fresh questions about what Cosby admitted — and when.
