The chilling questions surrounding Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance just got even more intense.
Never-before-seen surveillance footage from a neighbor in Tucson’s Catalina Foothills neighborhood captured an unusual stream of cars cruising through the quiet desert streets during the exact window authorities believe the 84-year-old was kidnapped.
The minute-long Ring camera video, obtained by Fox News Digital, shows a dozen vehicles driving past a cactus-lined road between 12:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. MST on February 1 — the same early-morning hours investigators believe Guthrie vanished.
The home where the footage was recorded sits roughly 2.5 miles — about a seven-minute drive — from Guthrie’s one-acre property. The area is described as a back road, far from major intersections and typically quiet at night. Whether any of the cars doubled back or were connected remains unclear.
Guthrie was officially reported missing later that day.
Earlier security footage from her own doorbell camera added another unsettling layer to the mystery. A masked man was seen lingering on her front stoop the night she disappeared. At one point, he appeared to notice the camera and used branches to block the lens.
That footage sent shockwaves through the community — and now this newly surfaced traffic video is raising even more eyebrows.
Nearly four weeks later, no suspects have been publicly identified. Authorities recently conducted what was described as a “final sweep” of Guthrie’s home, fueling fears that the investigation may be stalling.
Her family, including Today show host Savannah Guthrie, has not given up hope. They have offered a staggering $1 million reward for information leading to her safe return.
Meanwhile, online speculation has exploded. At least one Arizona teacher was reportedly left “scared numb” after internet sleuths wrongly accused him of involvement.
As the days tick by, the mystery only grows darker. Who was driving those desert roads in the dead of night? And did one of those vehicles hold the key to what happened to Nancy Guthrie?
For now, the questions far outweigh the answers.
