Chelsea O’Donnell, the troubled daughter of the former daytime TV star, is accused of reaching back in a moving car and grabbing a man’s genitals without his consent — a stunning allegation that reportedly torpedoed her probation deal in Wisconsin.

According to state correction documents, Chelsea was behind the wheel when things allegedly took a shocking turn. The man was seated in the back passenger side of the vehicle. Officials claim she first reached back and touched his inner thigh. After he pushed her hand away, authorities say she then touched his genitals anyway.

The report states she became upset when he rejected her — and began driving erratically.

Chelsea had been given a major break by the court. After multiple 2023 arrests tied to alleged drug issues and child neglect, she was sentenced to 18 months behind bars. But the sentence was “stayed,” meaning she could avoid jail time if she strictly followed probation rules.

Among those rules? She was required to get approval before entering any romantic or sexual relationships.

Officials now say she violated that condition repeatedly — allegedly admitting to having sexual relationships with at least four people between July and September 2025, including someone she met on a dating app.

Authorities claim those violations — along with the alleged assault — led to her probation being terminated.

Chelsea has denied the assault allegation and reportedly told officials the encounter was consensual.
