Queen Camilla is back in the headlines — and palace insiders say her behavior behind the scenes has turned downright theatrical. According to whispers inside Buckingham Palace, the 78-year-old queen has been “locking” King Charles III in his bedroom under the guise of protecting his health… while actually tightening her grip on the monarchy.
Sources claim Camilla has been “raising merry hell,” going on wild power binges, and clashing with staff as her drinking allegedly spirals.
Those close to the royal household say Camilla has grown increasingly controlling since Charles’ cancer diagnosis.
“She insists he stay in his room and throws a fit if he tries to assert any independence,” one insider revealed. “She keeps saying it’s for his health, but everyone knows it’s about control. When he’s out of sight, she’s front and center.”
King Charles went public with his cancer diagnosis in February 2024 but has since returned to a light schedule of royal duties. With his treatment scaled back thanks to early detection and medical advances, those around him say he’s been feeling better than he has in months — which has only intensified Camilla’s alleged grip on the throne.
Insiders say the queen’s temper — and her drinking — have escalated.

“She refuses to forgive them for the damage they caused,” the insider said. “She’s determined they’re not allowed back in the U.K. — or anywhere near the monarchy.”

“Camilla is telling Charles to pull the invite entirely,” the insider spilled. “If Harry and Meghan show up, she plans to make things as uncomfortable as possible.”
