A nightmare scene unfolded in broad daylight when an overcrowded fairground ride suddenly collapsed in India, launching screaming children through the air and leaving bodies scattered across the ground.
Terrifying video shows the dragon-shaped giant swing buckling mid-motion on Monday at an annual fair in Madhya Pradesh, violently slamming into a nearby wall as dozens of young riders were thrown from their seats.
At least 14 children were injured in the chaos, including two who suffered serious injuries. Others were left with fractures, cuts, and bruises after the structure appeared to give way all at once.
Footage shared online captures the moment panic erupts — children shriek as the ride collapses, while stunned onlookers sprint toward the wreckage to pull injured kids from the ground. Some riders were left dangling helplessly from the broken structure but managed to escape without major injuries.
