Earlier this week, a social media boat page Wavy Boats took to the platform to show what happens when you don’t seem to have a lot of experience and have too many people to your boat.
Nearly sinking as it sailed through Haulover Inlet in Miami, Florida, the passengers did what any of us would, attempting to splash water out of their sinking ship and frantically snapping on their life jackets.
The clip’s more than 17,000 commenters found the situation absolutely amusing.
“Homie snapped that jacket on fast as hell,” joked @jenks529.
“lmao. I’m so dead,” mused @laureng1965. “Him splashing the water out and then trying to put the life vest on.”
“Tell me you rented the boat without telling me you rented the boat,” added @fuggindriver.
Hey old-timey string quartet, play “Nearer, My God, to Thee.”
