A conservative group called out Donald Trump for suggesting he’d pardon Jan. 6 rioters if he’s elected president again in 2024.
The new video from the Republican Accountability Project juxtaposes Trump’s pardon comments with video footage of his supporters attacking the U.S. Capitol, assaulting police officers and attempting to stop the certification of the 2020 election.
The organization, run by Republicans opposed to Trump, said the spot will air nationally on “Fox & Friends,” a show the former president is known to watch:

Trump’s pardon promise has been panned by both the left and the right.
“My view is I would not be in favor of shortening any of the sentences to any of the people who pled guilty to crimes,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said this week.
“If you do the crime, you do the time. You shouldn’t be pardoned for that,” Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) said at a separate event.
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Trump’s remark was pretty revealing.
“They go to his intent,” Schiff said on MSNBC this week. “If this violence against the Capitol wasn’t part of the plan, or wasn’t something he condoned, then why would he consider pardoning them?”
For the past year, the Republican Accountability Project has been calling out the lawmakers who enabled Trump and supported the Jan. 6 insurrection, including 13 members of Congress who are featured in the group’s online “Hall of Shame.” The organization is also looking to support primary challengers “to ensure that as few of them as possible return to Congress in 2022.”
Not going to happen all the Republicans who stood with Trump will win re-election. Because the democrats have failed many times to stand by their promises. They all talk and no action. They are all going down with Bidens sinking ship.. Dems are all talk no action. ” LETS GO BRANDON ” !!!!
I think that what President Trump said was misconstrued when he said…. he would consider pardoning the people that were arrested for the assault on the Capital. I took it as him saying that there are possibly SOME people that could be pardoned, not all of them. This is all blown out of proportion, as always. Perhaps the White House should also be held responsible for EVERY word that comes out of their mouths or are we misconstruing what they are saying???
Pence was LIED to about his ability to contest the multiple blatant inconsistencies with the 2020 election.
Pence could have sent the votes back to various legislators for reassessment after so much fraud and irregularities were found.
Pence, was either was too STUPID to know that he had the ability to send the votes back, or he was PART OF the Deep State.
If Pence’s ability to send questionable votes back to the state legislatures was not part of Pence’s JOB, then WHY are Democrats trying to CHANGE the law to prevent a VP from having that ability in the future?
I will tell you, because the Democrats and RINOs KNEW that Pence DID have the authority to send the votes back.

Advice to President Trump from someone who knows Americans very well:
First off let me preface this by saying I want Trump to win and i too think the democrats cheated him out of a presidency while too many republican bureaucrats stood by and let it happen.
Please keep your thoughts to yourself. Think it, but DON’T SAY IT. Quit giving the leftists, the media, the rinos and the the young white wokesters ammunition to keep using against you.
